Sir,

With reference to your Despatch No. 81 of 14th March last, I have the honour to transmit for the signification of His Majesty's pleasure the following Ordinance entitled :-

"An Ordinance to amend the scope of The Tramways Ordinance, 1883, (No. 6 of 1883), and the Tramways Ordinance Amendment Ordinance, 1883, (No. 18 of 1883)" - No. 9 of 1902.

2. The customary Report by the Attorney General is annexed.
